Role Description The Senior SEO Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, and lead generation for the firm’s practice areas.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing keyword research, optimizing on-page content and metadata, managing technical SEO initiatives, and improving site architecture and internal linking. The Senior SEO Specialist will monitor rankings and performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable insights for leadership and marketing teams. The role also involves collaborating on content planning, coordinating with external vendors when needed, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and best practices in legal industry SEO. Preference for experience eith digital ads too, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and AI.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in technical SEO, including site audits, crawl and index management, page speed optimization, and structured data implementation.
• Candidates should possess skills in analytics and reporting, including use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Candidates should possess skills in link-building strategy, competitive analysis, and organic traffic growth initiatives.
• Candidates should possess skills in cross-functional collaboration, communicating SEO recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and aligning SEO with broader marketing goals.
• Relevant experience in SEO within professional services, legal, or similar regulated industries is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a hybrid work environment is expected.
