As a Security Officer Full Time TSA Issued TWIC Patrol Driver in Jacksonville, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a government port location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and other stakeholders at a government port location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of port facilities, access points, waterfront-adjacent areas, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials and authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control concerns to designated personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate observations, hazards, and security-related concerns to supervisors and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds, preferred.
• Possess a Guard Card/License, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
