Outside Sales Representative – REPS of Texas

Location: Austin, TX (Office-based with field travel) Compensation: Commission-Based ($65k - $90k average; $150k+ potential for top performers)

We are looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to join our Austin team. This is a role for a "self-starter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to help homeowners and businesses protect their most valuable assets. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilize a mix of "old-fashioned" door-to-door canvassing, cold-calling, and modern social selling to build your pipeline.
• Consultative Sales: Conduct inspections (including navigating roofs up to 30 ft) and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
• Account Management: Manage the full sales cycle within your territory using HubSpot CRM to track leads and forecast activity.
• Community Presence: Act as a brand ambassador for REPS of Texas, ensuring every interaction reflects our core values.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Reliable Transportation for daily travel to the Austin office and client sites.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing ladders and navigating roofs up to 30 feet (safety training provided).
• Tech Savvy: Ability to efficiently use a laptop, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and spreadsheets.
• Availability: Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays to meet clients when they are home.
• Ownership: You must provide your own laptop for daily use.

Preferred Experience & Attributes:

• Sales Background: At least one year of sales experience (B2B, Outside Sales, or Retail) is preferred but not required.
• Integrity-First Mindset: A commitment to ethical selling and putting the client's needs before the commission.
• Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain complex projects simply.
• Trainability: A "student of the game" mentality- ready to learn new outbound sales techniques and industry standards.
