Managing a portfolio of retirement plan clients, the full-time remote Retirement Plan Administrator will provide high-quality administration, compliance testing, and client service for approximately 70-80 retirement plans while ensuring adherence to IRS and Department of Labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships and provide timely, high-quality customer service regarding retirement plan administration and compliance Oversee all aspects of annual retirement plan administration, including compliance testing and government filings Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve client and plan administration issues Required Qualifications Experience administering qualified retirement plans in a TPA, recordkeeping, or retirement services environment Working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and Department of Labor regulations related to qualified retirement plans Experience performing or reviewing retirement plan compliance testing and Form 5500 filings Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while balancing competing priorities and deadlines Industry credentials such as QKA, QPA, or equivalent retirement plan designation are a plus
