Host / Hostess

Service1st Staffing is seeking a friendly and dependable Host / Hostess to welcome guests and help create an excellent dining experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays organized, and communicates well with the restaurant team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Communicate with servers and management about table availability and guest needs.
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
• Keep the entrance and host station clean and organized.
• Assist with special requests and follow restaurant service standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
