Pool Bar AttendantLocation: Hotel Victor South BeachWe are currently seeking a Pool Attendant who will also be responsible for assisting with pool bar operations. This position ensures a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool environment while providing basic bar service and excellent guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including chairs, tables, umbrellas, and towelsMonitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with pool rulesDistribute, collect, and organize pool towelsSet up, maintain, and break down the pool area dailyOperate the pool bar, including serving beverages according to hotel standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the pool bar areaHandle basic cash or POS transactions, following hotel proceduresMonitor bar inventory and notify management when restocking is neededEnsure all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations are followedAssist guests with general pool and bar inquiriesReport any maintenance or safety issues immediatelyCoordinate with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Maintenance as neededRequirements:Previous experience as a Pool Attendant, Bartender, or similar role preferredKnowledge of basic bar service and beverage preparation preferredMust meet legal requirements to serve alcoholStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Flexible availability, including weekends and holidaysCompensation & Benefits:Hourly pay plus service charge401(k) retirement plan.Paid Time OffHealth, dental, and vision insurance.
