$120,000 - $250,000+

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Austin-Round Rock area, expanding client base and market presence.

• Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Utilize provided leads to effectively close sales, contributing to the team's overall success and revenue growth.

• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight our unique value propositions and solutions.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions are established and upheld.

Qualifications:

• Experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction industry, to effectively engage with the client base.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Strong negotiation skills to establish and uphold mutually beneficial contracts and agreements.

• Proficiency in conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver compelling sales presentations.
