We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in individual and small-business tax preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and knowledgeable about current federal and state tax laws. This role involves preparing accurate returns, communicating professionally with clients, and ensuring all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
