Your client will be in downtown Chicago, on site 1 day is required. Responsibilities will vary according to the client. As a Consultant, who is also a generalist, the HR support you provide can be in form of compliance, new hire on-boarding, assisting with salaries and benefits, employee relations, performance reviews, policies & procedures, discipline to termination and strategy. You decide when you can do the work as long as client expectations are met.
