Assist in developing and implementing best practices (averaging 5 per year, 3-5 pages each) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (averaging 5 per year, 10 pages each). Support the budget formulation process, including contributions to the Resource Allocation Plan (RAP). Help develop scenarios and appeals for the Resource Allocation Decision (RAD). Contribute to Budget Justifications, including financial tables and exhibits. Update spreadsheets for Capital Investment Plans (CIPs) and maintain financial data. Assist in creating and maintaining spend plans with estimates, justifications, and analysis. Prepare, analyze, and monitor financial data for accuracy. Support the creation of weekly and monthly reports for internal TSA use. Experience in budget analysis or financial support, preferably in a government or public sector environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and analysis. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team setting. Willingness to learn federal budget processes and contribute to program support tasks.
